Document what you did in the session on Tuesday and Wednesday (Pictures, Diary entries, Printouts ETC) In our carousel this week we went to fashion, in our first session we created an ink printing onto fabric; we did this by mixing powder with water but unfortunately we couldn't use a lot of powder as it was expensive and couldn't mix it ourselves. We started by painting onto a piece of paper what we wanted onto our t-shirt design to be. I found it difficult to know what colours i was using as they changed colour as we heat pressed it onto the fabric.  in the next season we sewed onto our t-shirt designs to make a pattern and attached fabric to our designs. I found it hard to use the sewing machine as I have never used one before; I found it hard to sew a straight line or make a pattern. The hunger games The feast scene "I feel that sound is half the experience" (George Lucas) I found this quote interesting because it explain why we need sound in the film is important sound creates a visual site of your own, it explains feeling and it helps us to understand what’s coming next, we take sound for granted most people think that the visual content is more important the sound but sound is just as important to create a film and the visual part. We have audio books to create our own visual content in our minds and we have sound in films to show feelings and to make intense moments even silent is apart of sound as a lack of sound. What about this scene is interesting? I chose this scene because I find the hunger games interesting and action pack that I felt would have a lot to write about. This week in our carousel we did photography, i feel like this was useful as it gave us new skills in using a digital camera, we learnt about shutter speed the shutter speed is  length of time when the film or digital sensor inside the camera is exposed to light, also when a camera's shutter  is open when taking a photograph. We then went outside to take photo and use our new skills by changing the shutter speed to take different photos.
